water rights, pechanga

I am the grandson of pauline jeffredo, and 64 years old, and from the Paulina Hunter clan. I'm not even on the moretorium, but to try and strip us of our water rights is like the straw that broke the camels back. Why is it that the BIA always seems to turn a deaf ear to whats been happening in Pechanga. We have lost all our rights. I'm part of Paulina Hunters property allotment but haven't go a say on what happens. I embrace my heritage, but can't even learn more about it, except what has been passed down through the family. We need to keep fighting with all our might to right this this wrong.
